I'm currently working on my website and noticed that, even though my pages are all marked as unpublished, one half-baked page containing some of my info, mixed with some of the original template images, was visible on the web. I reached out to Chatsoni for advise on how to fix this and she jumped in and helped out with a beautiful "Coming Soon" page, as well as ALL the instructions I needed to upload it to my website. Chatsoni saved my website after I broke it! She was so kind and helpful and walked me through the process of restoring my website to a previous version. But she didn't stop there - she also kept checking for the next few hours to make sure it came back up online and then she did a video call with me the next morning to look over my settings to make sure everything was working properly again.
