Chatsoni was a pleasure to work with. She's very knowledgeable and was very patient with me throughout the process. I had always done my own website and updates, but it was becoming a pain to maintain, and I just didn't have the time. She redid the entire website and made it so much better! I highly recommend other bookkeepers and accountants to work with her!

Excellent Website and Communication!

From day 1, Chatsoni has been wonderful to work with. She is excellent with communication, incredibly thoughtful and thorough, and has been very accommodating. Her process is easy to follow and she covers everything you need in your website. Her pricing structure is great as well. Chatsoni has lived up to all of her fabulous reviews. My website went live on 3-7-2025 and I am SO happy with it. I have received a lot of compliments on it already. And I know I’m in great hands going forward as well with the continuous support she provides. Hire her like yesterday if you need a new website for your business. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Chatsoni!!

Top Notch Customer Service

I had planned on building my own website, but was quickly running out of time. Thankfully, I discovered Chatsoni's 'website in a box' which was just the jumpstart I needed to get me most of the way there. Chatsoni was a true pleasure to work with start to finish, going above and beyond each step of the way. She patiently addressed all of my upfront questions, and made herself available after afterwards to help me get everything formatted just the way I wanted. Thank you very much, Chatsoni!

Amazing support!

I contacted Chatsoni because I was getting spam entries on my contact form on a fairly regular basis. Chatsoni setup a brief meeting with me to talk about my issue and then went to town on her response! She not only fixed the issue but made some updates so that I won't have the issue going forward, and even sent me a video on what she did! I HIGHLY recommend Chatsoni for your website needs! Thank you so very much Chatsoni!

Excellent Customer Service Start to Finish

My website is beautiful and flows very nicely. Chatsoni was so patient with my hundreds of questions before I even purchased her services. And even once I got my website turned over from her, my DNS records kept getting messed up by another a person I hired to work on my email and kept kicking my website offline. She took time out of her Saturday to do a video call with me to help me get my records straight and my website back up and running. He customer services has been amazing start to finish, and I would work with her over and over!

I'm currently working on my website and noticed that, even though my pages are all marked as unpublished, one half-baked page containing some of my info, mixed with some of the original template images, was visible on the web. I reached out to Chatsoni for advise on how to fix this and she jumped in and helped out with a beautiful "Coming Soon" page, as well as ALL the instructions I needed to upload it to my website. Building this website has been a major headache for me and I am beyond grateful for Chatsoni's super fast help. I HIGHLY recommend Chatsoni for any website help you might need.

Chatsoni saved my website after I broke it! She was so kind and helpful and walked me through the process of restoring my website to a previous version. But she didn't stop there - she also kept checking for the next few hours to make sure it came back up online and then she did a video call with me the next morning to look over my settings to make sure everything was working properly again. She is super sweet and easy to talk to, and didn't make me feel stupid at all! I highly recommend her!

I met Chatsoni in a FaceBook group last fall. I was starting a business and needed a website, but had no clue how to begin. Chatsoni was fantastic! She walked me through the process, sent me some questionnaires to help me figure out what I wanted. Honestly there were a few questions I didn't know how to answer. We talked them through and was able to create my site better than I imagined. Chatsoni's customer service is spot on. She is responsive, kind, and informative. She is very knowledgeable and will help you articulate the vision in your head. I highly recommend Chatsoni and QuickBuild Sites for your website needs.
